On the shoulders of giants: uncovering key themes of organizational unlearning research in mainstream management journals

چکیده
Unlearning has evinced immense traction and opportunity in debates pertaining to organizational learning, innovation, management of change, knowledge management, new product development, name but a few. Provided the diversity expansiveness phenomenon, past studies have undertaken both narrative systematic reviews synthesize field unlearning (OU). Although highly commendable enlightening, these scholarly efforts would be augmented by contemplating share leading journals towards furthering research on unlearning. Moreover, comprehension themes OU can instrumental representing intellectual structure field. For this purpose, we undertake combination bibliometric thematic analysis identify critical trends that helped shape research. The results discern main scientific actors (articles, authors, journals, universities), design, dimensions OU. In addition, eight clusters along with underlying theoretical perspectives are analyzed, which may help scholars integrate development one domain another, formulate pertinent questions related OU, encourage interdisciplinary
